Brooke Sutton, owner of Sutton Family In-Home Care, is a fully licensed Registered Nurse with over ten years’ experience in the healthcare field. Brooke provides trusted home care services to numerous patients in the Springfield and St. Louis market, which has earned her agency the reputation of being the premier home care agency in this area.
Brooke Sutton’s journey to the home care sector began while she was working as a Registered Nurse at Lakeland Behavioral Health. While at Lakeland, she learned and developed her skill working with psychiatric patients as well as patients with Alzheimer’s and dementia. After Lakeland, Brooke worked as a Community Health Nurse for the Arc of the Ozarks providing home health care services to dual diagnosis patients living at home. Brooke has also worked in the Emergency Room setting which has given her the ability to recognize and communicate problems and potential issues before they arise.
Brooke and her husband Sean live in Springfield and have three kids (Brett who is 15, Karaline who is 11, and Henry who is 7). Brooke is active in church and enjoys spending her free time at the lake or with family and friends.

She enjoys spending time with her family. Paula loves to go to Kansas City to hang out with her 4 grandchildren.
Paula works directly with our patients, their families and caregivers to ensure smooth home care transitions and to facilitate changing needs throughout the aging process. Paula visits each of our patients at their home at LEAST once per month to provide ongoing supervision and direction to our caregivers. She acts as a liaison to ensure the expectations and needs of each patient and their family are being met and addresses any concerns when needed.
Cindy has been with us for about four years and facilitates our caregiver enrichment program. Cindy has been a professional caregiver for 25 years. Through Cindy, caregivers get additional feedback on ways they can improve their skills and the lives of their clients. Sometimes this is as simple as providing games and activities for caregivers to do with their clients and other times it can involve more complex issues that come up when working with dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. Cindy is a problem solver and is so very important to providing the support our clients expect and deserve.
Sherry is an amazing asset for our agency and clients. Sherry covers open shifts for clients that have complex situations where service interruptions are not an option (most often 24 hour cases that must be staffed 24/7). Sherry has worked in the healthcare field for almost 30 years in various settings and loves working with the elderly. She has a wide skill set which makes her highly qualified in almost any situation.
