Brooke believes it is paramount that each home care customer receive a consistent caregiver for each visit and works tirelessly to make certain her clients don’t have a revolving door of various caregivers in and out of their house.
Sutton Home Care provides one-on-one companion care to the elderly, disabled Veterans, Seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia as well as patients needing assistance while recovering from surgery or an unexpected illness, all while remaining in the comfort and safety of home.
Our elderly home care and senior care services can be provided daily, overnight or on weekends. We also specialize in 24 hour home care. Although most of our families are with us for months or even years, there are NO long-term contracts for home care services. Our caregivers are professionals that are closely supervised. We are the ONLY agency in town that provides routine on-site supervision by making weekly home visits to ensure that everything is going smoothly with our caregivers, your needs are being met, and address any concerns so that you don’t have to! Our services include non-medical, in-home care, and companion care for seniors and as well as elderly who may be dealing with dementia or Alzheimer’s. We work in conjunction with local home health and hospice agencies that may already be in the home, to help bridge the gap between Medicare reimbursed services provided by Home Health/Hospice with services that are not covered by health insurance (i.e. Activities of Daily Living such as; meal prep, toileting, cleaning, laundry, companionship, etc.). Home Health and Hospice agencies typically provide services on a temporary basis, several times a week for 30, 60, sometimes 90 days (i.e. bath visits, beds, medical equipment, etc.), but do not provide daily assistance with meal preparation, cleaning, transfer assistance, toileting, companionship, etc.

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have on-call staff available 24 hours a day for follow-up or immediate assistance in emergency situations, for existing clients.

Through our Family Room Home Care portal which is integrated directly into our agency software, even family members a world away can access home care schedules, care updates, family to-do calendars, and billing/payments via a secure log-in.
